I honestly don't see how any true Republican could NOT be torn on this issue.
On the one hand, it is an important premise of the Republican agenda that parents (and not the State) should be making medical decisions for their children.
On the other hand, transgender transition care (especially surgery, but also drugs to a lesser extent) have PERMANENT effects, and it seems like only the person most affected (the "patient" for lack of a better term) should make that call, AFTER his/her brain has matured to the point of being reasonably-capable of making rational decisions.
What I DO NOT understand is the purported Republicans who attack fellow Republicans for emphasizing one of those concerns over the other. It seems damned RINO-ish to attack a fellow Republican because he prioritizes two conflicting Republican issues differently than you do.

Yes fake lawyer, we know you support the sexualization of children.

Given you know the frequency of the occurrence of the issue (1/30,000 or so boys and virtually 0/all girls ), the treatment for the rare occurrence and the efficacy of those treatments before radical left wing ideologues got into the field....
I don't know how you can possibly be torn.
This isn't a medical issue, this is lying monsters convincing parents to mutilate children.
Exactly how far are you willing to take your feckless contrarianism?

Here is the thing Hank: whatever your opinion about Christie’s pronouncement on this entire “transgender” agenda, the Federal Government has NO business determining how the individual states approach this contentious issue. I honestly don't see how any true Republican can be torn on that salient point.

It's not a medical decision. It isn't medicine.
Was the Tuskegee experiment just a medical decision? The things the doctors did during the Holocaust just a medical decision?

Removing perfectly healthy tissue isn't healthcare.
