I’m close to pulling the trigger on it. My only question is about the filter cartridges I guess. Do you go through those often? I see they sell them in four pks for $60. Or is it a deal where you can spray it off with the hose and get a year out of one
Seems like mine came with both pleaded “paper” filters and the micro-screen filters. The micro-screen filters hold up well - just hose them off when cleaning. I think I’ve maybe bought 2 sets of replacement filters in 8 years - so you can definitively get a year+ out of them. I believe there are aftermarket filters that are bit cheaper than the Maytronics brand and they’ve held up equally well.
I bought the caddy a year after buying the pool cleaner, after I got tired of lugging it around after pool season. LOL.
And don’t believe the video on Amazon - the electrical power cord gets tangled - at least mine does, but maybe b/c I have a smaller pool.

I have found the key to having a tangle free cord is when it comes out of the pool lay the cord out in a straight line away from the cleaner before rolling it up. Been doing that for years and my cord stays tangle free. YMMV.
