Ive done all three. Chattanooga was a last minute thing and the woods is always fun and way cheaper. Cheap isn't necessarily lame unless the weekend is boring. Also my dad's generation went to the local VFW or something for their bachelor parties so the idea that you need to skip a couple car payments is crazy. We also did Gatlinburg a few times and that was a riot. Golf and town during the day, a hike or two, and a party at the cabin after dinner.

Otherwise if its really between NOLA and Breck, do you want to emphasize party or outdoors more? that's your answer. Two totally different animals.
