This thread is the perfect representation of the current Trump base. Takes a headline out of context and then dogpiles one of the most conservative members of congress attacking his hair and calling him an idiot

Besides, ask any doctor who's had an engineer for a patient how smart they are outside their cubicle. They're a cliche for dense, clueless patients. I thought they were joking about engineer patients in school. They weren't.
