Make EXTRA effort not fall back into old habits while practicing after your lessons. It’s time to stop practice session when you just start flailing away at the ball.

Best advice I can give you do not go beat 100 balls a day with no plan. Do slow good swings in front of a mirror. Plenty of great online content as well but pick one or two guys and stick with them. One instructors back swing my not jive with another's downswing so always try to find consistent teachers . I heavily recommend athletic motion golf. Sean and Mike know their shite and teach about as basic of a swing as you can get but its solid.
