Your experience was very similar to mine
I distinctly remember one of my best friends riding with me to gamestop at midnight so we could both grab the new copy and play it all night
Before I knew that same friend very well we'd skip class to go play tug of war in the dorms all morning
Some of the easiest/most fun I've ever had.

Load up on monsters, hop in the Dakota, go grab that bitch and not put it down for 48 hours
