You're baiting lefties with a false premise.
Oh, no ambulance will pick up an illegal dying of a stroke because angry taxpayers. horseshite. Everyone gets treated with immediate lifesaving care. Not one EMT responding to a car crash checks the financials of a patient. Breathing, bleeding, breaks, and burns. (The order may have changed). No part of that is finding what the credit limit is on your Visa.
Cutting off dicks, fixing a finger you broke while roofing is not our (the government's) problem.
