Think he’s referring to case la w, and the Clinton’s sock drawer ruling, as precedent
Regardless to argue that because those were determined to be personal, then anything, including literal national security plans if the military invaded another nation, are also personal records, is just outlandishly illogical. And it’s just wrong.
