First off Misnomer.. Thank You.
I truly enjoy reaserching this stuff. I will print this info up and put it in a 3 ring binder when I get home.
Everything I have is documented and researched as best as I can. For properity sake.
I believe it to be Arieux.
Edmondson has too round a face. Arieux has a long elated face with chin.
When I get back home also I will pull the suit and search for a name inside.. We have a 50/50 shot here.
Someone asked about my job. I was thinking the other day: "How can I collect, search and research WWII and get paid?" I guess right now I am an unpaid museum curator...
But for work... let's just say I am self employed, with a business and a few properties.. I am working on one property today in S Oklahoma and then I will got to one in Arkansas next week. While the main business keeps going in the city...
Back to the suit. The collector I got it from, got it at a military show in Kentucky. But there is a good chance it actually came from the military show in New Orleans.. Which is another plus for it to belong to Arieux.
Here is the fun part. Speculation. If it was Arieux and he was captured, there is a good possibility this suit was in his closet as he sat at the war in a pow camp and stayed there until his return..

Ok... limited research on this pos tablet in the boonies.
Assuming it is Mr. Arieux.
389th Bomb Group
567th Bomb Squadron.
B-24 Liberator tail number 42-100338
Flying out of Hethel AAF Station 114 in central eastern England.
Failed to return from mission over Buttar Germany Feb, 24, 1944
The Pilot was Claude E White from Shawnee, Oklahoma. Whom ironical flew another B-24 home in an emergency landing with only 1 wheel down and the number 4 engine on fire. The plane was "Hey wadda gal" on Feb 13th
It was less than 2 weeks later that they were shot down by fighters on Feb 24 in B-24 42-100338
My deduction here is that Claude White and Warren Arieux were given a new ship while "Hey wadda gal" was under repair, and they did not have the new ship 42-100338 long enough to take any photos of it, or name it, before it was shot down by fighters.
