My very first thought. The people that make up these laws in California are fricking nuts.
Of course I'm sure they didn't factor in the additional cost of products being shipped in and out of that state when this mandate goes into effect.
Then let them pay $9 for a loaf of bread and $15 for a dozen eggs.
