I really, really hope California continues to go all in on this and shows the rest of the country how truly stupid these mandates are in this day in age (and with current electric infrastructure). Maybe then some common sense will reign for a change.
The state that literally can't provide consistent electricity to its residents is requiring all of this electric vehicle shite.....in six months from now. This will be a disaster of epic proportions, and I'm here for it. I just hope the other idiots throughout the country that think mandates like this are a good idea are paying attention and will actually learn from it (spoiler alert: they won't).

All of the major companies want California’s business so bad that they conform. Then those companies pass the bullshite stuff down to us.
For instance CARB compliant is a California standard. But now you pretty much can’t buy something that isn’t CARB compliant because it’s not economical for a company to build 2 of the same thing with minor changes. So they only make the CARB compliant one.
This makes a California rule the de facto rule of the land.
So while I like to see stupid California feel good legislation fail, I know that I’m actually it’s going to be forced on all of us non-crazy people.
