I think it’s interesting that the video blacked out due to a police policy. Sounds to me like a few guys wearing black suits/ties and and an earpiece visited the station and laid down the “law..”
How did the guy not get a cellphone video? We have become a society that whips out camera phones first and then deal with the issue later.

Conveniently blacked out cam footage because it’s private property
I have never heard of them blacking out vest cam footage which makes this bullshite story even more bullshite
