I’ve noticed that several recruits seem to hear from bama not long after we offer. Am I being a biased fan exaggerating a few coincidences? Or is there some sort of reason this occurs? I can’t imagine a world where following us on the recruiting trail is a focal point of Bamas recruiting process (in the mid to lower blue chip space specifically). Seems too on the nose/low brow type of behavior but what do I know?

Apologies if this is repetitive, I’ve been away from here for the most part as of late.

This is actually very normal. They've been doing it for a while now.

They’re just copying a business strategy that’s been around for forever. Certain business types will piggyback off of Walmart’s market analysis and open up shop right next to them over and over without having to pay for market analysis themselves, and Bama is definitely trying to piggyback off of our scouting manpower in Louisiana. It’s annoying as shite but it’s smart

LSU should make sure to market this, honestly.

I'm sure that on occasion they hear we offer then take a deeper dive or offer to stay in line with others but for the most part I think it's just coincidence.
Makes sense to me it's just a timing thing in terms of new info with the kid in particular. Something got our attention to offer(new tape, in person scouting, visit, etc) at that time so it makes sense they also got the new info on the same timetable. Or it could be as simple as the kid decided to answer the phone that day or the coach informed about the offers in like time. Could be a myriad of things. Following our lead is the least likely of them

Who cares. Alabama is done. Too many other schools have leveled the playing field with them now that what they had been allowed to do all along is open for everyone to do.

Georgia, Tennessee, LSU, and now Auburn will all be beating them on the reg now. And if Florida and A&M can ever get their shite together, they will beat them regularly too. Then you add the potential of Texas to the mix. I’m not saying Bama will never win again, but their reign of dominance is absolutely over.
