This last month yes.
Floyd has been the same all season but Hurd has stepped his game up tremendously. This is why Jay kept pitching him and Little. He knew at least one of them would break through eventually.
With that said, Floyd is your number 2 starter. Hurd has proven he can come in relief or start and that is a solid option to always have. He can do something like what Poche did in 2017. Was used in relief and as a starter in the CWS.

Little may not pitch again this year. I wouldn't be surprised if he transferred. He stunk it up most of the year.
