cool... then repaying the amount you were awarded via TOPS shouldn't be a problem, big baller...
the point is you don't HAVE TO take TOPS money... if you want the freedom of choice after college, simply don't take the TOPS money, pay your own way... no one is forcing you to take it... but the point is, if you do, then there should be stipulations, period, end of story...
but i do admire you for the subtle brag you trying to throw in there... my man
