I get the dudes complaint. He did what he had to do.

Just curious what the cost of his sewage was going to run. Seems like the cost of a bulldozer and all that steel may have been enough to pay whatever the septic hookup cost would have been. If it was more than a dozer, the city was being unrealistic.

That wasn’t the point he could of did the whole updated sewage thing but the point he wanted to make was he wasn’t putting up with their crap anymore

Running county water just to my property and NOT all the way to my house cost nearly $3K. Add to that the cost of laying pipe for nearly 1000’ to the houses from the road and it was nearly $5K.

I’m not condoning his actions, but I understand them.

If he had the dozer and all the steel was scrap in his boneyard? Zero cost on the killdozer vs. whatever bullshite price the sanitary dept wanted to inflate= disgruntled citizen
