They acted like her being aggressively sexual somehow proved she was older. My wife and I considered fostering about 5 years ago, and they spent a LOT of time explaining that almost all of the kids in foster care have been sexually abused at some point. This leads to the kids being hyper sexual with others.

Facts.

I grew up around kids that either came from rough, disconnected homes or were possibly being abused, and the little girls were ALWAYS hyper sexual. I didn't know this then, but looking back I think it's pretty obvious what was going on.

.

I have several friends that have adopted foreign children, many from Eastern Europe. One family adopted a group of four siblings. They had no idea that the two toddlers they were set to adopt had two older siblings living on the streets of Moldova.

EVERY child in an Eastern European orphanage has been sexually abused -- regardless of age. All the children are sold nightly by the orphanage workers. Most of the children are purchased for the weekend. They're sent home with the perp on Friday and returned on Sunday.

EVERY child (if not adopted) is kicked out of the orphanage at age 13. This is why the two older siblings mentioned previously were unaccounted for. It seems the younger children asked about their brother and sister, ages 13 and 14. Both were living on the streets, drinking every day and selling themselves to stay alive. I have been told by several experienced friends only to adopt an infant from any country, especially Eastern Europe because even toddlers are maladjusted. Virtually all these children (unless adopted as an infant) are extremely maladjusted. Virtually none of these children are held. They lay on their back in cribs until they learn to maneuver. This is why the back of their heads are flat.

I think Natalia was given to an orphanage as an infant, where she remained until age 13. At this point, someone with half a heart, knowing she'd never survive on the street, facilitated adoption by presenting her as a young child. I think Natalia knew exactly what occurred and went along with it knowing no other option. This, too, would explain her hyper-sexualization and puberty.

Children in less developed countries are much more mature in terms of physical independence BECAUSE they have to be.

None of us can dismiss the impressions and opinions of the psych hospital workers, police officer, and neighbors, all of whom describe Natalia as not a child.
