It’s in the attic- I too have been on a haunted tour of that mansion. It’s a BEAUTIFUL home, and it’s most definitely haunted. The LeBrun’s owned it when we toured and she had all kinds of stories about doors opening/closing, latches on the screen door latching when no one else was home, etc. The area is mostly unpopulated after business hours, unfortunately, there’s a large homeless/drug population. It seems that it’s an unspoken rule that you don’t mess with The Logan Mansion- it’s never been on the market long when it does come up for sale. I’d buy it if I didn’t have younger children. Some folks had it on Air B&B to help with restoration/upkeep
