Yep, it’s the only wire going to the bar
I appreciate all the info. The POS vendor is telling me I need to replace the whole KDS at the cost of a few thousand $. I’m fairly certain it’s the cord so I just need to nail down which one it is. Is my best bet taking the wire somewhere? My ops guy is tech illiterate more than I am, I’m trying to make it easy for him

Judging by the care they took in terminating that cable I think your suspicion is solid.
