I had an issue with my insurance as well and I called my insurance agent and they sent over some kind of form to the DMV and it was cleared up by my agent. I didn’t have to deal with the DMV at all

Did you know there was an actual issue? As far as I know, there is none other than what the chick at the office implied. And when I contacted the insurance company, they said they had no issues ever on their end.

the ONLY thing we can think of is that we sold a vehicle through Give Me The Vin last year and after a few weeks had gotten a letter from the state saying we had an uninsured vehicle, which we didn't, so we mailed them what they said they needed and never heard back...no emailed or mailed receipt. Nothing.

no, not at the time. I received a notice from the DMV that one of my vehicles went without insurance. But I know for a fact that was incorrect because we turned in the plate first and then canceled the insurance.

I called my agent and she took care of it from there
