How does something like this even happen? Texting while driving? It didn't look like she ever braked at all.

My guess is that she got in the left lane to take a picture of the accident on the other side, didn’t realize the tow truck was sticking out in the lane a little then panicked. With the volume up, can hear some braking just before she hits the ramp.
Also, the tow truck had one of those metal stoppers at the top too…plowed through it and still flew 120 feet. Got Dayum
