Yes, the Germans had one maybe two guns that were long range and could fire perhaps 20 shells a day and fired less than 400 shells during the entire war. Great comparison you dolt.

Nope. Quite literally in every single conflict in human history, life on the front line has been drastically different from life miles away from the front line.

There were more than 2 “long range guns” used during WWI. And yes, you’re absolutely right missiles have made areas behind the line “more vulnerable” than in the past.
That doesn’t change the fact that they are still miles from the front line and in relative safety and as such, life goes on. People go on dates. People go to the store. People go to the movies. People go get fast food.
You’re an angry little elf today, maybe you should go touch some grass and cheer up.
