Mediocrity.

I don't see where the 9th game adds value to espn.

I already described where it loses a game of inventory.

I already described where potentially 4 fanbases would be interested in 2 OOC games, and that interest shrinks to 2.

Why rely on a scheduled pattern through the entire SEC conference (including the below half) when teams could schedule 2 quality opponents (not just rolling through the conference 1 by 1... but actually fitting quality matchups)?
