So minus the lawyer's cut they got about a $400 million dollar buyout.

plus they still own intellectual property that can be sold.

You’re telling me this company is so inept that they would forgo any R&D into making Dominion the safest election system in the world with that kind of scratch.

I could take a tenth of that after attorney fees settlement and make a decent election system.
