Pretty sure the OP was referring to giving a dog just a bit of boudin, not feed the damn thing 2 lbs. of it a day for life.
You do know lab rats can develop cancer from eating certain foods we humans eat, but in amounts no human could stomach in a year, much less the duration of a lab experiment.
