If you look at the myriad of organizations underneath the umbrella of UN, plus world bank, usaid, lat amer development bank, all these organizations your tax dollars go to.....if you want funding they must fall under their "pillars" of development.....climate change, human equity, and a few other woke programs.

Its why you get these wierd programs that everyone laughs about why the govt would be paying the research. Want funding to do research on the effects of obesity to heart disease....throw in how fat shaming impacts queer rats, and you will get the research money for what you want.
