As mentioned by another poster and my own experience, it's something that legitimately can effect the classroom environment as a whole, outside of just the individual. I think thats what makes it different than things like deodorant, toothpaste, etc. While it's annoying smelling a sweaty kid theyre not going to pass diseases or whatever from smelling like shite. Blood ending up on a seat could, however.

So what are your thoughts on public schools providing free meals, free transportation, free textbooks and supplies, free uniforms, and so on?
