It does mean something. It means they entered into the original agreement knowing they wouldn’t abide by it. They never planned to call themselves what they agreed to call themselves and now they want everyone else to pretend what’s not true is true.

I never understood why they didn’t just rebrand as the University of Acadiana and still be under the UL umbrella
