The hospital shouldn’t get any public funding at all and should pay fines.

Biggest in the country. And basically the only one in town. Their life blood is publi money. Medicaid. But probably not for these kids. These kids pay cash.
TCH will take a hit publicly but not much more. If you have a sick kid there is really nowhere else to go.
