Ok. I mentioned those because you suggested smaller/slower pace or I misread. Either way, those spots are great for slower pace and land.

I like Knoxville as well, but land will be more and I think I agree with another poster, if that’s the way you go, I’d look south as well, on a body of water or something. Just depends on your ranking of Cost, Population, Traffic.

Healthcare in the small areas are just as good as Knoxville with the exception of endovascular trained neuro interventionalist and that would favor Knoxville, Fort Sanders specifically.

Good luck, it’s a great area.
