Before we visited, we watched many videos on YouTube.
We are looking south of Knoxville with mountain views and areas that are conservative and very low crime.

Get into some of the valleys south of town. Look off of Stock Creek Rd, McCammon Rd, Rhea Rd, Tarkin Valley, Nails Creek, etc. Beautiful area fairly close to town.
