right. thats the line they sell you. the best athletes will find their way. they always do.

If a kid is a d1 stud level athlete, he will find his way with or without travel ball. If your kid is a high school make the team level talent, he will absolutely not make the team freshman year and that’s pretty much it for his baseball career. So if it’s worth it for you as a parent to put your fit down and play no travel ball and have your kid not be a high school player, that’s up to you

It sucks, but there is no rec ball left really. It’s horrible past the age of 10 and it’s a shame
