Major Dem metros are unsalvageable, it’s bug out to the country time, plus Idaho,Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colo, Dakotas,etc..
You either accept that level of criminality to be navigated for the price of having the amenities in large cities, or move to areas where the demographics are minus a certain low IQ megalomaniacal fringe that dominate major metros.
