What’s the deal or story on Millennial Park on Florida?

It got a lot of publicity when it started up with all the converted shipping containers and different food concepts on site, but I drove by it today and looks like nobody has been there or maintained the property in months.

Chaos theory. It got consumed by its environment.

Pretty much like everything in that area. Starts up nice, rapidly turns to shite. Refitting shipping containers with bullet-proof glass is kinda expensive.

Location, location, location. It was a decent idea in the wrong place. Still not convinced it could work in BR, but perhaps.

These stand-alone food court deals haven't really succeeded in New Orleans. Certainly hard to see how one could sustain in BR. Maybe near campus or something might be the only hope.
