Not many on here would defend the few that actually got violent, and they should be charged with something. But them getting put in jail and treated like gitmo terrorist, is where the issue is. Especially when the likes of ray epps isn't having issues with the govt and also the 2020 rioters getting bailed out by our current VP. Also, juries shouldn't be from the DC resident pool of people as it happened on federal lands not DC city land.

There are also many people who are being arrested for just going in and walking in, when they thought it was ok. That's the issue. One guy was arrested/charged/and pleaded down for catching 6 seconds of something on video that he didn't even know was going on until he saw it later when he got to his hotel room. These are the people Trump was talking about pardoning, and deserving of being made whole+ for the govt going after them for just being in the area.
