The military can't be involved against Americans. These aren't Americans. They are criminal illegals invading our country.

The Posse Comitatus Act prevents the military from conducting domestic law enforcement on American soil, with no regard for whether the individuals involved are American or not. The US military cannot enforce domestic law except in situations that are not (at this time) present at the border under existing law. They can push paper and pass out water bottles.

If you want to pretend we aren't being invaded from the south, feel free.

It isn't me pretending. No court in the United States is going to or has classified illegal immigration as an invasion as contemplated by Article IV.

And you bolded the wrong language if you are arguing that the end-around Posse Comitatus is located in Article IV:
quote:

shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence

Congress and the States involved could fix the issue if they wanted to under the federal government's authority over the bolded areas above. It still isn't an invasion and as much as we all may hate the legalese/sematic bullshite, will never be considered one. Its dumb to bang your head against that wall when there are other avenues.

They're not enforcing law, they're just planting mines and creating the maps of where they were planted. Texas wildlife and fisheries can put alligators and/or hippos in the Rio Grande without the Army or National Guard.

20-50 million criminal illegals with hundreds of thousands more coming in every month is an invasion, whether the government wants to admit it or not. Let these criminals roll into their gated communities, country clubs, and plush surroundings provided by the American taxpayer and they will recognize it as an invasion right quick. Funny how the very same people who think J6 was a violent insurrection and worse than Pearl Harbor, seem to think 20 million illegals, committing crimes that run the gamut, is not that big a deal.
