Unless some position coach really recruited Foster, credit goes to Les Miles for seeing the potential in him and offering a scholarship. Safe to say he beat all reasonable expectations of the recruiting services.

He deserves credit, but it took a lot of luck and other guys not signing with LSU. He was headed to Tulane if I’m not mistaken.
