100% was Ganon and the actual story itself. Botw had a decent story, but finding the memories and figuring everything out was annoying along with Calamity Gannon not really being anything other than some big bad thing you had to beat.
This one had a much more fleshed out story, with great cut scenes that made Ganon feel like a threat again. That made the final sequence of the game much more fulfilling. Oh, and I really loved the lightning temple. Had more of an old school dungeon feel.

Agree. Totk made botw feel like a rough draft. Defeating ganondorf was a bit easy, the armored silver lynels were probably a tougher enemy. The whole ending and story was great though.
