The Kemp hate here is ridiculous. He won huge last time around. GOP won up and down the ticket except for Herschel because he was a terrible candidate. If you think this isn’t true take a long look in the mirror because you are denying reality.

The last two elections prior the GOP has majorly failed to get voters to vote. They took GA for granted. Dems poured massive money into GA and built a ground game we couldn’t match. Hate to say it but Stacy Abrams succeeded there.

I’ve posted here before that I flew out of ATL to DC immediately after Warnock was elected and everyone in the airport was talking about getting him elected and which other campaigns they’ve worked on. Hundreds and hundreds of people flew in to help his campaign. This was covid January 2021 - no one was traveling - one security line - I could basically hear everyone in the airport. There was an election celebration (for Warnock that I didn’t participate in) on the plane that reminded me of a flight back to NOLA from ATL after LSU won an SEC championship. Everyone on the plane cheering and laughing it up except for those unaffiliated who just happened to be on the plane.

The dems have built a machine here that Kemp rolled because Georgia has been so successful under his leadership. Republicans need to build a ground game to match that of the dems for future national elections or we’re fricked. It’s not Kemp’s fault. It’s the party’s fault.
