Non Alumni LSU Fans

Having spent close to 40 years around LSU football, I seem to find one thing in common with the majority of the awful, obnoxious, LSU fans that give our school and team a bad name. The VAST majority of them never attended LSU. Many of us have spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours studying to earn our degrees that we are so proud of. Non-alumni LSU fans, please don't be d-bags and try to have a little CLASS.

Really? I think a large problem with our fanbase is elitist assholes that like to tear down the rest of the fans.

This has been discussed ad nauseum, and here's what it breaks down to:
Retarded idiot redneck dumbfricks make LSU, as a UNIVERSITY, look stupid. This degrades the college degree that SOME of us busted our asses to earn. This is why alumni get pissed at idiot fricking rednecks making fools of not only our university, but of our state in general. They're just as bad as the mullet-wearing, trailer-park Gumps.
And it makes me sick.
That being said, two things are fact:
- There are plenty of LSU students/alumni who make us look just as stupid.
- There are plenty of non-LSU students/alumni who do a shitload for this program.
It's just something we have to live with living in a state where some people are "proud" of being drunk, obnoxious, retards.

i have my reasons for picking another school over lsu but that doesn't make my fandome any less. i see where your getting with the correlation but be careful with that. lsu has enough awful, obnoxious, football impaired fans within the university...see the student section.

Agreed, there are some LSU alums who are terrible as well. They have more of a right to be terrible than non-alums. The fact is that probably 90 percent of our awful fans are not alums.
