Worse and it's by design. They want fewer cars on the road and fewer cars per home. They have no intention in replacing all ICE vehicles. ICE vehicles are a scourge, each person having their own vehicle is detestable in the eyes of the elites.

Ditto for washing machines, dryers and refrigerators.
I've completely rebuilt our Kenmore washer from 2000. New motor, new timer boards, new everything.
