Price at $6.75. I've been reinvesting dividends and am at a 50% unrealized loss. I've held for 10 years. Purchased in 2013.
This sucks.
I see they cut the dividend in half today.

Any of y’all in MPW —-I’ve seen a good bit of research floating around the hedge funds and research firms … this one looks BAD.
Don’t be married to it if it’s been good to you, be willing to sell out and move on. It could end up being a victim of the cycle.
