I’ll be staying downtown. I’ll have nothing else to do on those days though, so don’t mind a 30 or 45 minute drive.

Just don’t send me to the priciest or the ghetto.

Alright, that gives me some things to work with then.

Close to where you'll be is Bobby Jones GC. It's a City of Atlanta course, but don't let that fool you. It was redone about 5 years ago and features a reversible 9 hole course, so you play it one direction for the first 9 and in the opposite direction for the second 9. I've played it and it was interesting in a good way.

Up 75 towards Marietta is City Club Marietta. It's the old Marietta CC course and it's a fun track. Short with very small greens.

Out 20 east of town is Cherokee Run in Conyers. A little closer to town in that direction is Stone Mountain which has 2 courses. Head west on 20 to Villa Rica and look at The Frog. One of my favorite courses around the area.

Last option is Heritage Golf Links up 85 toward Greenville SC. It's just outside the perimeter and has 27 holes. Not my favorite track as I think it's quirky hard and borderline unfair, but that's my opinion.

There's 4-6 options for you. If I can help any more, let me know.

You can knock out both of these at East Lake.
