Headed to Snowmass Village this June with my 2yo and looking for recs of things to do with her. We will have childcare for the evenings and days we do other stuff so all Snowmass Village/Aspen area recs are appreciated. Thanks

Yes the 2 year old will love it there. Then make that lazy fricker hike Cathedral Lake.
Two is pretty young to do anything. Don't they normally spend their days coloring and watching Peppa Pig?

Buddy of mine used to live in Woody Creek and date a broad that had a farm full of miniature animals like goats, horses, pigs and whatnot. She would rent them out for birthday parties there. My kids loved going there and seeing them but she moved to California during the pandemic and took the animals with her. So this does you no good.
The amusement park in Glenwood Springs is fun but I do not know how much there is for a toddler. I think most if not all the rides have a height requirement.

Are you opposed to some sort of back pack to carry the 2yo in? They make some decent ones for older kids. Otherwise you will likely be pretty limited in the higher altitude. I took our just 3 year old out west to Zion, Bryon NP, etc. and the backpack carrier sucked for more than 1 mile or 2 at a time but it allowed us to go on some 3-4 mile hikes that we otherwise would have never been able to do.
We would just let her walk as far as possible, carry her awhile, take a break, rinse and repeat.

There is a really nice bike path along the river from downtown Aspen that goes for several miles. You could walk some if it and there are spots you can wade into the river. Or rent bikes and ride it. It's flat so easy either way. There is a big park in downtown that is full of kids running around and playing on the playgrounds, good people watching for Mom and Dad.

Go up to T-Lazy 7 Ranch. Live animals/petting zoo there I think. Take the gondola up to the Sundeck on Aspen Mountain. Snowmass has Thursday evening free concerts on Fanny Hill. John Denver Sanctuary good spot to hangout when weather is nice. Feed the ducks at Glory Hole park in Aspen.
Rubey Park/Mill Street corner is good spot to hangout-playground & popcorn wagon there. Paradise bakery is very popular spot for a kiddo!
