Not sure why restaurants can’t factor the costs of service into the price of food and pay workers accordingly. Seems like every industry here and every restaurants outside the US has gotten this down except our restaurant industry.

Because after the ridiculous price increases during and following covid, your sirloin steak and baked potato at Texas Roadhouse would cost $50.

And workers would still expect a tip
