These threads always blow my mind. I’ve never ordered or been around any boil/crawfish eating venue where people differentiate the sacks by size or “select” or whatever.

Really? You’ve never had people tell you they ordered select? It seems like the first thing anyone asks when you tell them you got crawfish is “How was the size?”

They are differentiated by size in every step of the supply chain

You have peelers / field run/washed-graded - which is usually select
