I don't disagree necessarily. He's been most effective in stints where he knew he was only going one inning.

His most effective multi-inning category of outings is when he faces 9 or fewer batter.

In either case, he's able to provide valuable innings. I think you can extend him to 11 or 12 batters if you bring him in to face the 7,8, or 9 hitter first. That way he's not being seen more than once by the top of the order.
