Mizzou had a losing record in year 1. Then they took advantage of the East being severely down and made it to ATL back to back. Their 2013 team was arguably their best of all time. 1 loss in OT to Carolina. Second loss was in ATL to Auburn. They got drummed 34-0 by Georgia in 2014 but still won the east. Great Coach. Gary Pinkel. Hasn’t been the same since he left.
A&M made a big splash out the gate then fizzled.
Honestly Ou and Texas might just be the better brand versions of mizzou and A&M. Might sneak a few good seasons in but I don’t see either running through the conference and winning it all.
