AKA Krystal Burgers! Anybody got a good recipe for these?

No, but if you're in Baton Rouge, BJ's Brew House (new place behind Mall of LA) makes some great ones. The bread is so perfect and they serve them with onion strings.
I love this place. Check out their appetizer menu. Not to mention, they have tons of beer...

I made some recently, came out ok.
I had about a pound of ground sirloin, which I put some liquid smoke, Tabasco, a bit of Tony's, salt, fresh ground pepper, and a dash of Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic.
I then put a generous amount of the Meat Magic seasoning on top of the patties as I cooked them in a skillet, made sure to not cook them to long so they didn't dry out.
For the buns I used the regular bunny bread hamburger buns and cut the sides to get the slider shape and buttered the inside of the bread, then put them on the skillet to crisp them up.
Put some American cheese on top as I took the burgers off and voila.
Overall they came out pretty good. I pretty much made up everything on the spot and just made sure to form them into small little squares.

I Love the "grey goo that makes them so moist.

Negative, I thought there was one in Hammond though. The only one I really know of is the one by the French Quarter

You might try Lee's hamburgers in NO. I think they have one in Covington now. I am not sure about BR.
They are IMO the New Orleans version of the slider. They use reqular buns, but cook the meat on a flat top with diced onions pressed into the meat. Really good for a simple burger.

Speaking of Covington, you could try Butter Krisp Diner and get some butter burgers
Lord those had to have been the greasiest things I have ever eaten.
