While I don't completely agree with modern, mostly western, entertainment portraying historical people as radically different ethnicities, the problem is this show is presenting itself as at least part documentary. That means it should be held to a higher standard regarding authenticity.

Since it’s not something that I’ve looked into at all, I didn’t know that.
